Patrick Coates, CCIM

Patrick Coates, CCIM is a dedicated and professional commercial real estate broker. A member of the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Patrick specializes in commercial landlord and tenant representation brokerage services in office building leasing and sales; industrial leasing and sales; and land brokerage. Patrick’s extensive knowledge of the industry and real estate market savvy ensures his clients make sound real estate decisions.

A native Tulsan, Patrick graduated from the University of Kansas in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. Since 1991, Patrick has been an active commercial real estate sales associate/broker, and has significant brokerage experience with such notable companies as Tooman Collins Associates, CB Richard Ellis, Inc. and Kennedy Wilson. Receiving his Oklahoma real estate appraisal license in 1993 and earning his CCIM designation in 2000, Coates founded Coates Commercial Properties, LLC in 2005.
